冬甩與貝果 Donut & Bagel
以下是冬甩和貝果的烘培食譜 :
一. 將材料全部攪匀搓成長條型,再將兩邊貼合,做成一個可以包裹一切的環形。
二. 將材料全部攪匀搓成圓形,然後用模具切走中間不必要的部分。
人類不斷攪合、搓揉,試圖以雙手創造出可以吸入周圍一切事物的深淵、通往其他空間的窗口、觀察用的放大鏡......現在麵糰已經準備好,你可以將所有東西放進焗爐,然後我們一起踏上熾熱又濕潤的烘培旅程。
