Emily Choy Hoi Ying is a Hong Kong artist and independent curator working primarily in printmaking and painting. Her practice often examines daily life and social culture, focusing on the essence of societal issues and the exploration of disciplinary boundaries. By synthesizing elements of popular culture, daily life and insects, Choy hopes to stimulate critical inquiry and engage the viewer's inner perception with narrative, humor perspective.

Choy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2022. She currently resides in Hong Kong and works as  the  operator of The Frog Studio. Her long-term personal goal is to live in the countryside, raise cows, and be able to make delicious bread.

蔡愷盈是一位香港的藝術家和獨立策展人，主要從事版畫和繪畫。她的創作實踐常常檢視日常生活和社會文化，並以探討議題的本質以及邊界為重心。透過融合流行文化、日常生活和昆蟲等元素，蔡氏希望以敘事和幽默的視角，引領更多批判性思考及內心感知。

蔡氏於2022年獲得香港浸會大學視覺藝術院的藝術學士學位，現居香港，為本地版畫工作室The Frog Studio的營運者。她的人生目標是回歸田園，飼養乳牛並製作出美味的麵包。
